Andrew Patrick Higgins is a writer and former military translator. He is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute and earned his MFA the NYU Writers Workshop in Paris. His essays and translations have been published in Belt Magazine, CAN Journal, Dappled Things, and elsewhere. A native of the Midwest, he is currently based outside of Washington DC with his wife and children.
